ETGR ETME 3233. Parametric Model Applications Parametric Solid Modeling. (3) Prerequisite: ETGR 1104. Study of parametric solid modeling as a design/drawing tool using software such as Pro|Engineer. Topics include creation of three dimensional solid models, assemblies, and renderings, as well as generation of two-dimensional technical drawings from three-dimensional models. Prerequisite: ETME 2202. The use of parametric modeling software as a design and analysis tool using software such as Solid Works. Topics include advanced feature construction, creation of sheet metal components, configurations, linked information, and simulation methods. (On demand)
