CEGR 3122. Structural Analysis. (3) Prerequisites: MEGR 2144, CEGR 3255, MATH 2171, with a grade of “C” or better, and junior standing. Analysis of statically determinate and indeterminate beams, trusses and frames to include shear and moment diagrams, rough deflected shapes and deflections; influence lines and criteria for moving loads; indeterminate analyses to include methods of consistent deflections, slope deflection, and moment distribution.
