CSLG 6104. Counseling Across the Lifespan. (3) This course will examine major theories of human development across the lifespan from psychological, emotional, cognitive, physical, social and moral perspectives. In addition, a framework for understanding sociocultural, situational, environmental factors that impact individuals, families and communities will be provided. Specific counseling methods and techniques that can be utilized in an integrated approach to help individuals and families address developmental challenges will be integrated throughout the course. (Fall, Spring, and Summer).
