CHFD 4200: Child Life: Supporting Children & Families. (3) This course is designed to provide an overview of the child life field. It will introduce and examine concepts, principles and applications for the child life profession. Students will be introduced to the role of the child life specialist in supporting ill children and their families to promote optimal coping and development. Includes site visits. (Fall, Spring)
